- We collect what you give us to run your profile and packs.
- We do not sell or share your personal information with other companies.
- We use a few service providers to run the app. They only process data on our behalf.
- You can delete your account and data at any time.
This Privacy Policy explains how Pack Inc. ("PACK," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the PACK mobile app and the website at pack-fitness.com (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this policy.
PACK is a platform that helps people find and join real-world activities and coach-led sessions. You choose who to follow, join, or message. PACK does not assign or match you with other users.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account information: your email address and password when you create an account.
- Profile information: username, bio, profile photo, age range, gender, metro area, interests, and any social media handles you add (Instagram, TikTok, X).
- Pack information: pack names, descriptions, schedules, time zones, meeting locations, and whether a pack is public or private.
- Messages: the content of messages you send to other users through the app.
- Communications with us: anything you send when you contact us for support.
What we do not collect
PACK only keeps your email address and the information you choose to provide. We do not collect device data, usage tracking, or advertising identifiers.
- Location: when you create a pack, you may select a meeting place using Google Maps. We store only the address you select. We do not track your device's location.
- Camera and microphone: used only during live remote sessions, and only with your permission. We do not record or store sessions.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account.
- To show your profile and packs to other users, based on your visibility settings.
- To let users search for profiles and packs by interests, age range, gender, and location.
- To deliver messages and run live remote sessions.
- To keep the Services safe, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our User Agreement.
- To respond to you and send important notices about your account or this policy.
What other users can see
If your profile is set to public, other users can see your username, photo, bio, age range, gender, metro area, interests, social handles, and the packs you belong to. If your profile is private, it is hidden from search. Pack details, including the meeting address, are visible to people who can view that pack. Only share what you are comfortable making visible.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with other companies.
To run the app, we use a few service providers. They store or process data only on our behalf, and they are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

Other PACK users can see the profile and pack information you choose to make visible. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety of users or the public. If PACK is ever merged or acquired, your information would transfer to the new owner under this policy.
Data retention and account deletion
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the app, or by emailing us at the address below.
When you delete your account, we delete your profile, the packs you created, and your membership in other packs. Some information may remain in backups for a short period, or where we must keep it for legal reasons.
Your choices and rights
- Edit your profile and change your visibility settings at any time in the app.
- Control permissions for camera, microphone, and photos in your device settings.
- Request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing us.
Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states, or the European Union and United Kingdom, you may have additional rights over your personal information. We will honor these requests as required by law and will not treat you differently for using them.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls on our database. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
PACK is only for users age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
International users
PACK is operated from the United States. If you use the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be processed and stored in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If the changes are significant, we will notify you in the app or by email.
